How do I activate my software?

I've lost my licence key. What can I do?

A

If you have lost your licence key, all is not lost, providing you can prove that you are the rightful owner of said key.

To prove you are the owner, you should provide us with the following information:-

  • The email address used when you originally purchased the licence key
  • The transaction ID of the transaction on which the key was purchased
  • The username you registered the software to

If you can provide these details, then there should be no problem in getting hold of your licence key (or a replacement - we may chose to invalidate the old key to prevent unauthorised use).

If you can't provide all of this information, we may still be able to help by requesting other information about you and/or the original purchase.

Either way, if you've lost your key please get in touch via the support system and we'll do our best to assist you as quickly as we can.
